Generally, once all of your official academic records have been received from all the colleges and universities you attended, the evaluation of your previous academic records will take approximately 4–6 weeks. CLEP, and other tests for credit are considered part of your academic record and transcripts must be requested to complete your admissions file.

Upon completion of your admissions file and evaluation of academic records, the Admissions Office will mail a letter regarding your acceptance and a copy of your official evaluation of transfer credit.

Once the change of program form is received by Admissions, the new evaluation can take 6–8 weeks, after which time a letter regarding admission into the new program is sent to you.
