Structure
You will cover the development, management and use of information systems for business and operations management as well as project management. You will also be able to choose from groups of specialist modules, including Global Information Technology, Management Science, Statistics and Web Scripting.
The optional placement year allows you to combine your work experience with academic studies to develop your management skills, such as negotiating, teamwork, leadership, communication, planning and organising.
In your final year the core Strategic Information Management and Consultancy module prepares you for management roles with a real-life project for an external client. Recent examples include British Airways, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds TSB, Microsoft and Ryman Stationery.
