Structure
You will gain an understanding of business disciplines such as finance and marketing, together with accounting, IT and organisation behaviour. You will look at international business, operations management and human resources management, where you will study recruitment and selection, training and development, pay and discrimination. At the end of the first year of the HND, you may be able to transfer to Year 2 of the BA(Hons) Business Management degree.
