If you have completed a PgDip in HRM within the last five years and would like to upgrade your qualification to an MA, this Human Resource Management top-up course is ideal.
It provides a foundation of knowledge in research methods and writing an academic dissertation in an HR-related area, relevant to both the strategic objectives of an organisation and the wider environment in which it operates.

Structure
After an induction programme introducing you to the Business School and the expectations and ethos of the course, you will gain an understanding of research methods by completing the research methods module and a dissertation, that will lead to an MA in HRM.
